Client Responsibilities
Successful implementation of our services requires client participation. Clients agree to:
- Provide timely access to necessary information and personnel
- Respond to communications and requests in a reasonable timeframe
- Implement recommendations and follow agreed-upon processes
- Make required decisions when requested
5. Payment Terms
Pricing

We retain ownership of:

- Templates and tools used in service delivery
- Pre-existing intellectual property
Portfolio Rights
We reserve the right to use completed projects as portfolio examples unless specifically prohibited by a confidentiality agreement. Client information will be anonymized unless permission is granted.
7. Confidentiality
We understand that we may receive confidential information about your business during our engagement. We agree to:
- Keep all client information confidential

This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or independently developed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

9. Professional Advice Disclaimer
Our services provide business consulting and strategic advice. However:
- Tax Services: We provide tax credit identification assistance but are not tax attorneys or CPAs. Clients should consult with their tax professionals before making tax-related decisions.
- Legal Advice: We do not provide legal advice. Clients should consult with attorneys for legal matters.
- Financial Planning: We are not financial advisors. Our business recommendations should not be construed as financial or investment advice.
10. Termination
By Client
Clients may terminate services by providing written notice as specified in the service agreement. Termination does not relieve clients of payment obligations for services already rendered.
By Ameritek Partners
We may terminate services immediately if:
- Client fails to make required payments
- Client breaches these Terms or service agreements
- Client engages in abusive or inappropriate conduct
- Continued service is impractical or impossible
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Client receives deliverables for work completed to date
- All outstanding invoices become immediately due
- Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
- Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination
11. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal purpose
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful code or malware
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Impersonate any person or entity
